Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used across the whole organization and has enabled our organization to view financials for multiple locations under one combined report.
  • Combined reporting
  • Use of dimensions
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Credit card charge pay-off is a cumbersome feature
  • Direct links to credit card institutions
  • Report building is very difficult to use.
  • It's an expensive product for a small company.
Our integration did not go smoothly and training was not long enough. Training should be extended beyond the first 30 days of using the product. As the product is used on a regular basis, questions on products arise and the support center should not be used as a supplement to training.
Sage Intacct is a great solution for companies with multiple locations.
