Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Our public accounting firm uses Sage Intacct for dozens of clients and we have been moving more over to this software every month. It is so much easier to use than the complicated, outdated softwares we were using before. If it was up to my team, we would exclusively use [Sage] Intacct.

  • Editing bills takes extra time because you cannot change all fields
  • Simple - train new hires much easier
  • Cost effective compared to competitors
  • Intuitive interface helps new users solve problems without assistance
[Sage] Intacct is among the most user friendly [pieces of] software we use in our firm. The ease of teaching and learning helps us to train new hires much more quickly, so that they are able to start producing quality work much sooner than would be possible with other complicated software we have used in the past
I have not personally had any issues requiring support, which is a testament to its simplicity and reliability. I have not had to use customer support for any issues, which to me is the best type of user support there could be. An ounce of prevention, as the saying goes

Sage [Intacct's] wide feature range allows us to serve a wide variety of clients in many fields, providing as few or as many services as they need. Once automation has been set up, it is so much easier to do the processes that occur repeatedly, and helps to reduce workload for all staff
[Sage] Intacct is much easier to use than the other software we use for different clients. Bill.com does not offer the features that [Sage] Intacct does, and Abila has been outdated for 15 years. There is no comparison between these software's and Sage [Intacct] in my opinion. Would use Sage [Intacct] exclusively if it were up to me
Sage [Intacct] is honestly well suited to every client our CPA firm serves. We have been converting clients to Sage [Intacct] whenever possible because it is so much easier to use and cost effective when compared to other software. The only clients we have that will not be switching have proprietary software.
