Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur for Travel and Expenses for our small consulting company. Our use case is billing our customers for billable travel expenses, while still being able to bill internally for non-billable expenses.

- The UI is slow at times. It is a bit dated.
- Expense reports are easy and quick.
- Our consultants are reimbursed weeks earlier the before.
SAP Concur works perfectly with our SAP systems. Zoho required custom work that was unreliable.
It allowed us to bill customers for travel. We were not able to previously.
Payment for travelers has been reduced by weeks, making our end users happier. Customers receive itemized reports so they know they are accurately being billed for travel expenses.
