Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud
allows us to track every stage of the customer journey providing visibility into any areas for improvement, and also if there are any existing bottleneck, for improvement in the customer journey and overall experience. Most importantly it gives everyone a good overview of the current issues from a customer's perspective, and allows us to take actionable steps to work on them

it acts as a comms center for us, where we are now able to ensure that any customer service tickets or cases go to the right department, right person that is able to answer and resolve the issue to the best of their abilities. If they are unable to do so, they are able to find the right person internally to help resolve the issue.
SAP service cloud was easier to implement as combined to hubspot which has a lot of features but the main issue with that is also keeping up with the different product updates and features that are available on the platform, it becomes more of an issue of overanalysis paralysis as compared to service cloud which can be quite intuitive.
