Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is the main HRIS for my company which addresses the hire-to-retire employee experience.
  • Easy to configure for the most part
  • End user experience
  • Out of box config works in most instances
  • WFA drills down to fields not included in the dashboard (race/gender) revealing protected/sensitive data. Would never roll access outside of HR
  • Don’t sell as integrated system as modules are pieces together… while improving its not fully integrated yet
  • Reduction of repetitive tasks
Not everything can be out of box
SAP SuccessFactors is easier to learn than ADP Enterprise HR.
