Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is used to address all employee needs across the company. We like that all is in one place.
  • User friendly
  • Modules work well with each other
  • More functions that are available for admin to correct issues
  • When submitting tickets they are slow to respond
  • Expert chats sometimes are quick to say they cant assist and open tickets that have long response times.
  • Flexibility
  • Automation
We have had difficulty with some SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Modules in SAP SuccessFactors work so much better and are easy to use for employees and staff.
