Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use Success Factors' LMS. My reach is approximately 4600 employees. I use SF LMS to deliver compliance and job support training to these employees in their role within the company. I also use the LMS for reporting, scheduling of in person trainings and for employees to choose to enhance skills of their own interest.

  • Evolves with user requests and feedback
  • So many different websites for administration learning and support and community, etc
  • Response to tickets in a timely manner
  • Providing reports to stakeholders
  • Training and supporting employees in their roles
We have several modules and are pleased with how they sync and support one another.
Better LMS than Paycom
Oracle didn't offer enough to make tye switch worth it.

Less appropriate is beginner who is the lone person in their role. Training, support can be difficult to access or obtain.

When using other modules and have the ability to complement and support on another. Better for admin and end user with that consistency.
