Decisions were made and implementation led us down the wrong path - for example, configured onboarding with new assignments only. We are not an organization for multiple assignments and shouldn't have been led down this path with the partner.
Workday used to be the kid version of SAP SuccessFactors, now the functionality is making it more user-friendly for HR.
