Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Recruiting, onboarding, HR Data, Performance and goals, LMS, and soon succession and fieldglass
  • Easy to use when it works properly
  • makes recruiting easier
  • holding HR data
  • performance review process
  • Easier way to make changes without loading data
  • Changing leaders or org data without data loads
  • replication to S/4 can be a struggle, but that is likely due to our partner...and how they set it up
  • Org Chart management should sync across the position org chart automatically instead of having to make changes in multiple places
  • Improved TA efficency
  • MPH is way better than our old process in S/4
  • DRM error log has been helpful but is far from perfect...
  • No effective dates on certain portlets (ID info) has caused SF to S/4 replication issues
It's far from perfect. I have experienced so many issues with SF to S/4 replication but I again suspect this is dud to config by PWC and all/or all of the moving parts....
It has been hit and miss and depends on how many systems are trying to interface. Again, I don't fault the program it is doing what is being told but likely issues arise when config conflicts with something on the backend.
Just a new and easier to use UI

Do you think SAP SuccessFactors delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with SAP SuccessFactors's feature set?

Yes

Did SAP SuccessFactors live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SAP SuccessFactors go as expected?

No

Would you buy SAP SuccessFactors again?

Yes

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, UKG Workforce Central (discontinued)
Recruiting is great, onboarding 2.0 has been a bit of a struggle but I again believe it may be how our partners set it up.

Immediate terminations often leave the termianted EE sitting as active due to workflows, but that is kind of the way things will be when the termination has to be actioned faster

Using SAP SuccessFactors

HR Business functions.
8 - Our team is very patient, creative and happy to look into any issue. We have an HRIS team and an IS team that support SF, the HRIS team is broken down into module owners, and the IS Team supports all modules.
  • Org. Management (the business loves an org. chart)
  • Compensation (people love seeing their comp records and comp ratio)
  • Recruiting, recruiting, recruiting! We need to attract talent and have a pleasant onboarding experience.
  • Reporting - our executive team loves breaking down the numbers as required...
  • We are still in our first year, so just kind of scratching the surface...
  • We are gearing up to launch the Succession module in 2024 and this should unlock some exciting methods for our leadership to identify and track successors of all levels.
  • Succession! ...planning to utilize in 2024.
  • Development module is starting to be used to support succession and performance.
We are within our first year of using SuccessFactors - Employee Central. This has helped us build off of the recruiting module and unlock the benefits of integration between the modules. I believe we are slowly getting more comfortable within the system, and ready to launch the modules we have not used (ie - Succession).
