Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Recruiting, onboarding, HR Data, Performance and goals, LMS, and soon succession and fieldglass
- Easy to use when it works properly
- makes recruiting easier
- holding HR data
- performance review process
- Easier way to make changes without loading data
- Changing leaders or org data without data loads
- replication to S/4 can be a struggle, but that is likely due to our partner...and how they set it up
- Org Chart management should sync across the position org chart automatically instead of having to make changes in multiple places
- Improved TA efficency
- MPH is way better than our old process in S/4
- DRM error log has been helpful but is far from perfect...
- No effective dates on certain portlets (ID info) has caused SF to S/4 replication issues
It has been hit and miss and depends on how many systems are trying to interface. Again, I don't fault the program it is doing what is being told but likely issues arise when config conflicts with something on the backend.
Just a new and easier to use UI
