Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I have been using since from 3 years, issue documents and archive the same one it is executed. I am not sure about the major problem but some time it is taking long to buffer than usual. I used keep on asking it team to data speed for the same.

Based on experience I can say that managing people's chart. Employee profile, payroll active etc.
Work hours from to end data storage by manual data entry takes lot of time and may went wrong. To avoid such case SAP successFactors is well suited for the large scale sectors. It give true data to employees and employer.
