Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
I currently use Sap HR and Success Factors within L'oreal. We use the onboarding, employee central, time management, comp, and ben modules. We are currently using SAP globally as a company; however, I am currently using this in the UK and Ireland specifically.
- Has information in one place in employee central.
- The workflow approval system is very good, so it is secure to ensure that incorrect data is picked up via the approval process.
- The time management feature is very good, easy to navigate and works effectively.
- The interface between Sap and other systems must be reviewed, as this does not always work.
- The rehiring process in onboarding has a lot of technical issues which need to be reviewed.
- The sync from position management and employee central does not always work, therefore requires manual intervention.
- Managers are now more involved in their employee life cycle.
- Employees have more transparency of seeing their data, specially compensation.
- The goal setting feature is used and loved by everyone, as it is very easy to navigate.
Implementing sap and using the system alone is a very good tool; the issue we have always had is the interface from sap to other systems; as we continue to roll out sap in other countries, the interface must work with the current systems we are using.
Again, I think SAP alone is a very good tool and probably one of my favorite systems, especially the time management module. It is just the interface that I have an issue with.
