Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We have a client base of around 100,000 customers under the software assurance program we provide. Screenconnect saves the technical operations department the hassle of email instructions and over the call instructions for customers to follow. Instead, it allows an efficient mechanism to remotely access the system based on multiple platforms through a single tool and support them all.
- Easy remote access feature through links or a secured code with encryption facility.
- Session recording features to enable the quality department to assure adherence to guidelines.
- One click connect access through .exe application installed on Client PC.
- Report management could have been better in terms of interface.
- Well, no doubt it's a costly tool but the cost gets compensated with the acceptability of tool among the users. Multiple sessions was a must feature for us so Screenconnect very well provided us with our requirements.
We switched from Bomgar to Screenconnect mainly due to the support inability on Linux systems being used by our technical department. It was installed but the software kept crashing and speed issues were a major constraint.
