Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We are using SeekOut as a diversity platform for sourcing. From my experience, the adoption of this platform has not been very successful - the platform is hard to get used to and feel comfortable within and find it is easier to go back on Linkedin Recruiter instead. Diverse talent is still an initiative we continue to focus on, but have not made any hires from this platform.
  • Talent insight based on geography
  • Offers to view based on ideal profile
  • Provides detailed boolean articles to assist
  • The dashboard is very clunky, UI could use improvement
  • Search by location - it would be nice to be able to search by country
  • Lack of ROI
  • Time spent with CSM for training and still not using
Our first CSM (or account manager) was very technical and detailed in training sessions. Recently, we had someone take over our account. For the first 2 calls, she has had technology issues and has not shown up on camera and has also come across as unprepared or unknowledgeable of the platform.
Linkedin Recruiter is the easiest to use as many of us have been using it for years. Draup offers more accessibility around market/talent insights, but harder to navigate through.

If you are advanced level with Boolean searching, this platform could be helpful. For organizations that have a dedicated sourcing team, they may get more use.
