Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

Using for sourcing platform finding passive candidates to pipeline looking for data on today's market I wanted to connect with a new platform that we were able to utilize in our high growth mode I like having another channel to find candidates that may not be applicants in our ats

We chose this because it was a better option, but I now in theroy feel like this was a bad choice.Luxo was more dynamic and was able to passively connect with multiple outreaches, seek out was very basic

I think SeekOut is a great tool if we have a dedicated source I wish we had a better and higher response rate for the applicants we find I wish there was a feature where we could hide candidates that are already viewed I really like using this for confidential search that we aren't advertising to build a pipeline

Using SeekOut

We used this previously in our TA team, It was a total waste of our time. It was always down, and never got any real results from the platform, our entire TA team used it and i do not think in the 1 year we ever got 1 response frrom a candidate in the platform

Seek out was a total waste. The information listed was never correct, even testing it on myself with no success.

we previously used Greenhouse as our ATS and this all fed into our system. When looking for a product to enhance our sourcing abilities- this was critical in our decision making. The resumes fed through the platform into the requisitions and it was clean
I would have done more current customer feedback and dug deep into what the success rate of sourcing was

Seek out did great training with our team, and tried their best. It was not the actual team but the platform itself. They even sent my team branded swag

Using SeekOut

It was very complex- and hard to use. It would show older contact information and i do not feel like it was constantly updated. It was hard to use and very not user friendly trying to create different campaigns
