I truly believe the staff at SeekOut work diligently to ensure their customers have a productive and easy user experience. The only thing is that a colleague and I have lost access twice, each time with the statement that we were on trial licenses, which is not true. This has cause the loss of projects saved within SeekOut, which though we save our Booleans, it has lost us valuable candidate data.
