Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is a great tool for our marketing/sales department, as it allows us to send personalized gifts and eCards to prospects of ours. We use it pretty much daily, whether it's adding a coffee eGift to an e-mail or sending a piñata to a cold prospect's home address! We love the ability to surprise and delight prospects by sending direct mail to them at their home/office and including a personalized message - it makes all the difference!

  • More items available in Europe would be great.

We've found success sending eGifts on a one-to-one basis in personalized e-mails with both warm and cold prospects and have found it to be successful while re-engaging past opportunities by offering eGifts. Additionally, we've also found success by sending direct mail to surprise prospects, especially around the holidays!
