Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

We use it for customer support and for closing leads. Sendspark has helped us to look like Super Heroes to our current clients as well as new leads, leads are blown away by us getting back to them with a custom video. This has helped us to position ourselves as authorities in our industry!

I just never got the hype over Loom! I tried Loom and used it but wasn't blown away by it. Sendspark on the other hand, as soon as I used it I was blown away and I actually looked for excuses to use it. User Experience is excellent, onboarding is excellent!

Customer support is just a no-brainer! It eliminates so many back-and-forth emails or messages and gets the client to take action. Following up with leads is a secret weapon! It just blows leads minds away that you can make a custom video for them! Win, win, you feel special and your leads feel special!
