Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We are a Marketing Agency and we first used it for ourselves (having moved from HubSpot) to test that it worked well and we'd be confident to add it to the Marketing Automation Platform solutions we'd recommend to our clients. Our clients often had highly manual, disjointed and often even random marketing processes that didn't join with their sales processes. Sharpspring allows us to help them not only have formalised processes (with transparency and visibility for users and management alike) but also the data to show what works and what needs changing. These have significant benefits across sales and profitability (also through reducing costs in managing the sales processes).
- Pricing - when compared to other providers, like HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce (all of which have their own pros & cons) most of our SMB clients will pick SharSpring because of the value for money (features build-in -vs- cost).
- Usability - Both the CRM and now Sales Process Automation is easy for our clients to use and can often mean ditching clunky systems they'd been using before.
- Features - The marketing teams love the automation processes (customer profiling/lead score etc.) and new features like the integration with appointment booking 'out of the box' as well as the social listening and posting features, means that it is an extremely comprehensive platform at an economic cost.
- I would like SMS functionality to be built in as well as email (I appreciate it's not as big in the USA where SharpSpring's biggest customer base is) but it's big here in the UK.
- Although SharSpring has implemented visualization of MA processes, they are not always as intuitive as they might be (although the online help/videos do help).
- If someone is moving from an existing platform (like HubSpot) it's not always easy to bring in all the data (often that's the 3rd party making it difficult!). So the help of 3rd parties who've been through this will help.
- As an agency, it has helped us bring marketing and sales automation to SMBs who previously could not afford it.
- It has helped many of our clients have better visibility of what works and what doesn't from a marketing perspective.
- It has had a significant, positive impact for us and our clients.
Originally we moved to SharpSpring for ourselves because of transparency and pricing. But since then it's the fact that Sharpspring have continued to develop the platform with great new features (like the inbuilt CRM, Sales Automation and integrated Meeting booking functionality) many of which at no additional cost (unlike HubSpot) that means we continue to use and recommend SharpSpring over any other platform for our SMB clients.
