Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is currently being used by our entire team. We never had a marketing automation system or CRM in the past, so it has already been a huge improvement to our business practices. With SharpSpring we are able to cut off using
other services, so we are actually paying less than we did before, but getting
so much more in return! Within the first 30 days of us having it, we had run 2 separate email campaigns for 2 separate clients.

Pros

  • SharpSpring has a very quick implementation process and is very easy to learn.
  • Their representatives check in with us frequently so we never feel like we're on our own.
  • Having all of our platforms in one place and fully integrated is a huge bonus.

Cons

  • I wish you could edit Life of Lead to be able to put custom events in there.
  • Tagging on social media platform could be a little better, sometimes it doesn't work.
  • Tightening up thr copy on their own website (there was confusion if "contacts" and "leads" were the same thing; they are).
  • SharpSpring has ended up saving us money compared to our previous practices.
  • We were able to shed some other contracts because SharpSpring offers their own version, fully integrated.
  • While we haven't yet, we are looking forward to selling SharpSpring to obtain some monthly recurring revenue.
We had been using Lead Forensics for a few years prior to SharpSpring. Once we learned about SharpSpring we knew we wanted to make the switch, but had unfortunately just resigned our year-long contract with Lead Forensics. Lead Forensics showed us which companies looked at our website and what pages they were looking at. SharpSpring offers this same feature for the same cost, plus dozens of other features that Lead Forensics didn't offer.

SharpSpring offers a full email platform that allows you to create, test, and launch emails. Due to this, we no longer need to use Constant Contact. Once we transferred all the data we had from our Constant Contact account to SharpSpring, we canceled our Constant Contact plan and are now solely running with SharpSpring. Just another example of a money-saving opportunity with SharpSpring.
It is the best deal on marketing automation and CRM you will find on the market. You get so much for the several hundreds of dollars you pay for it in a month and can do pretty much everything all in one place. I think it caters better to smaller businesses, especially ones that don't already have a marketing automation system because they will be astounded by the immediate differences that can be made to their workflow process.
