Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

We use SharpSpring throughout our entire company. We are using the landing page function, tracking social media, utilizing the automated marketing features, and the automated lead tracking features. We particularly like how everything is fully integrated.

Be prepared to invest quality time and self=honesty is a must.
Yes - We followed the lead provided by a SharpSpring employee.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We needed to fully adopt these practices throughout the company.

  • We really needed more internal resources for more content creation.
