Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We were looking to replace our current LMS because it's very limited and not user-friendly. We were looking for a customer training LMS to integrate it with Salesforce and gather metrics to show ROI. We ended up choosing Skilljar Customer Education Software not only for customers but for employee and partner training as well. We had an RFP process and they answered our questions really well, we had several discussions with sales and sales engineering and they created a sandbox experience for us. We were convinced that not only the cost was very competitive, but the platform offered all the features we were looking for. Implementation and onboarding were really fast and smooth with great help from their team.

What I like about this product is that is very user friendly, you can learn it really fast, as the options are very clear and well organized. I've experience with other LMS that have a longer learning curve and some tasks are really hard to achieve. SKilljar is very straightforward, and they have a very good academy and their support team is very responsive as well.
They have always answered my questions quickly and solved my issues. Even when there are product bugs they get fixed very quickly. Sometimes if a feature is not available you can request a product enhancement and they really add this to their roadmap.

Compared to other LMS it has great features, plus a faster learning curve and is very easy to manage. Other platforms could be cheaper but are pretty limited, and others have way to much features that we were not going to use and with a very high cost, so complex that the company even would need a specific lms manager, something that we don't have atm.
If you're looking for a simple, yet powerful platform for customer training, Skilljar Customer Education Software is a very good option. If you have a wide variety of content offerings, including self-paced learning, learning paths, certifications, and webinars the third-party integrations will be really helpful, especially if you are using a cms or a third-party tool for analytics, such as Salesforce, pendo, etc. If you are relying on their platform analytics only, you'll find that a lot of things need to be manually done and it takes time, plus you can't automate some reports.
