Overall Satisfaction with Skype
Skype is being used as a communication tool within our company as a means to connect us via departments and organizations as a whole. it helps us keep in contact with one another faster than traditional emails and even phone calls. due to the pandemic, we needed to communicate and share our work across great distances and Skype helped us solve this problem.

Skype stacks up against them as it is far more user-friendly and it is helpful for smaller companies who need a more affordable system. However, it does lack some functionalities that other tools have which can change this communication tool to a full-fledged like polls and other helpful tools.
