Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack to communicate with each other. We also use it to have different groups depending on the team we are part of.
- Easy to use and very convenient
- Great mobile app
- User-friendly
- Easy set up
- Like the integration of video chat and different status
- Been having trouble downloading files. Have to re download the application a few times.
- Takes a while to know slack is down.
- Issue with notification when you have two monitors. The notification box doesn't appear.
- Great way to communicate with QA and asks questions. Also ask about possible defects.
- Useful for automation notification that runs daily.
- Good to talk to different colleagues in different offices.
There is Microsoft Llync but I barely use it. Maybe just to add a meeting on someone's schedule on their Outlook. But the preferred method is to use slack.
