Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack made internal communication so much easier since the pandemic. No more lost emails or unseen notification. Every team can have it's own channel, every project can too! With multiple integrations from Bitbucket, Google Calendar and so on, productivity has skyrocketted. Let's not forget the integration of ou best buddy, /giphy, to integrate fun gifs to the conversation.

- Save message for later and set reminders
- Makes remote work feel less lonely
- Sometimes, integration are a bit complicated, but that's not Slack's fault
- The desktop app works great, the web app on the other hand, we had problems with it
- Some ISP are blocking Slack for some reasons
- Save for later / reminders
- @here notification for the whole channel
- Huddles for video and voice chat
- Bitbucket integration
- Google Calendar integration
- Made everyone super reactive
- Allowed direct communication with client on secured channels
- Integration with different tools helped production and reduced missed meetings
- More non-work conversations are taking place, boosting morale
