Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is the software equivalent of a multi-tool. I've used it for many years, in many companies, and it has always been the backbone of any team collaboration. It enables team and cross-team communication, as well as integrations with other third party software which allows data to feed directly into your Slack channels, creating alerts, tasks or other useful notifications right at your fingertips
  • Collaboration
  • Source of knowledge
  • Integrations
  • Telephony/meetings
  • Improved turnaround of cases
While teams is better for conference calls and telephony, Slack surpasses it with it's ease of use, integration possibilities and search capabilities. Having one place where all your collaboration takes place, together with notifications and alerts from all other portals is priceless. Slack is a tool being used with pleasure.
