Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Mail Assure
We are using Mail Assure with our managed services practice to support our clients. We have several clients that are looking for email protection and we provide that with Mail Assure. We set it to work with their on-site Exchange, Office 365, or GSuite mail systems for spam filtering and security.

We have used a few mail security options, including SpamStopsHere. Mail Assure is easier to manage and adapts as it learns the email traffic and patterns that come into the company. We use most of the SolarWinds suite, including MSPManager, N-central, Passportal, and Endpoint Security. We have been happy with their products and they are always quick to respond to their support tickets.
They are easy to reach and quick to respond to any issues. They include a chat support feature on their products, so you can reach them while you are using the product. Their support team is knowledgeable about their products. They are great at tracking down issues and just answering questions on the product.

Works really well for spam filtering in emails for our clients. If you have a lot of employees you want to prevent phishing and spam from getting to them. We recently had a client that had their whole company blacklisted by Microsoft because a good number of their staff fell for phishing emails. We implemented Mail Assure and this has nearly eliminated the emails they had been getting.
