Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to easily keep track of employee commissions. It's very helpful that there is a bar graph showing how one month stacks up to the performance of other months per employee. We also find it robust with keeping track of which committable opportunities are in the system and if any of these have adjustments or other specifications. The formula to calculate the commissions is very transparent and easy to change if needed.

It's easy to use and understand. I've never used a system that was so intuitive and straightforward for a user before. There was no serious additional training needed by my team for me to figure out how to use the system. Because of this a lot of time was saved and we were able to jump right into the data.
Yes, it's great to see how the commissions are calculated in case employees have questions and I need fast answers. We also have better alignment and visibility between teams. Someone from our sales team can easily make a note that will send me an alert to take a look at it. This helps when employees have questions or when it's time for me to pay out the commissions.
Spiff is much easier to use than Salesforce. While Salesforce has other integrations and functionality that I don't find in Spiff, there is too much data to look at in Salesforce. It can be really overwhelming where Spiff is a simple solution for my company's challenges.

Spiff is great for keeping track of a small and mid-sized team. I have not seen it used in my experience for very large reams, but it works great for my company's size. Each employee has a "card" so to speak and it's easy to toggle between employees or time periods. You do not have to go back to the employees to then switch time periods or vice versa.
