Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

1. Remote usage for my clients
2. For myself I have all my clients servers with My Splashtop account installed this enables me to support my clients remote and through remote desktop access the clients workstations, as well. There are times that I am able to bill more then one client for the same hour of server because of Splashtop and my 4 monitors.
  • Awesome easy to use on the phone so when I travel I do not need to carry a bulky computer with me. I have done remote client support while out of the country via my Cell Phone.
  • Ability to open multiple Servers on multiple monitors at the same time
  • Connection speed and response time is awesome
  • At this time I am totally happy with the Splashtop function
  • Splashtop has a substantial ROI I do not know what I would do without it.
  • Splashtop is a win win, NO travel time for my clients and no travel time for me so my support has a dramatic improvement with my Splashtop account.
  • My income would be substantially lower without Splashtop, just think if I had to drive 4 hour round trip to a client, the client would pay me travel time and I would not be able to support another client during that time
When I 1st purchased it several years ago was the only time I needed support the product is intuitive. I have had a client or two call support and reported back to me a positive experience.
Splashtop is secure enough for my needs. I have my own internal security and am personally not interested in two factor. My Phone carrier a major company has been breached not once but twice and they say my security setting is low yet I am not the one that was breached twice I believe these companies should worry more about their own security then mine. I will take personal responsibility for my own security and not play the blame game if I am breached which I can assure is not very likely to happen
Spashtop is extremely easy to setup and use on your own
Yes - LogMeIn the company wanted to increase the price like 10 fold! I told them I would find a replacement and I selected Splashtop and happy ever since

I have yet to find an area that Splashtop was not suited for at least in my Splashtop usage with my clients. I have Clients that use it within there company to access their work computers from remote and all are pleased with it and some I brought over from the competition.
