Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop to allow our on-call employees the ability to access our SCADA programs remotely to ensure faster response times, and provide them the crucial information needed when responding to alarms.

- Registering a new device whenever someone gets a new phone is annoying, but I understand the importance
- It’s extremely low cost and it has definitely saved us plenty of overtime generating callbacks
It meets everyone of our needs and I definitely appreciate all of the security factors that are in place.
Getting started was extremely easy and literally took us less than hour to have everyone updated and ready to go.
