Used across entire enterprise. Mainly used for user support, but also helpful to maintain firewalls.
- Get onto user's computer very quickly
- Shows recent user activity and public and private IP information
- Allows you to group computers to filter what you see
- Multi platform, Windows, Mac, Android, IOS
- Works amazing if you install client, quick temporary user install if client not loaded
- This product doesn't allow you to get to CLI before getting onto machine, but other products do, so that is appropriate.
- BEST TOOL FOR ME because the licensing costs are per technician, not per PC
- Does everything a product at this price point should do
- Very stable, never have problems
Remote control is encrypted, fast and secure.
Up and running within hours. Web, host and client Interfaces are all simple to use and obvious. Allows you to create profiles with security options, sound output, proxy settings and many other options, then you just download the custom created client program that has your options pre-configured. You can use GPO to push the install. If overwriting another installation, I found it best to uninstall before reinstalling.
