Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
I use Sprout Social to run an overall view of my clients brand to help them understand who is following them online, and how to best reach their audience through social media and content marketing strategies.
- Easy to set-up.
- Great benchmarking.
- Good looking charts and reporting for presentations.
- During a trial, there was a lot of automated outreach from the sales rep.
- Hashtag analysis isn't great.

- Great reporting which helps for presentations.
- Easy competitive research.
- Once you setup you can always have an automated email send for easy updates.
I've used many tools and this is one of the easiest. Very easy to set-up, pull reporting and get started. Others only have a boolean search which is very complicated. The pricing is reasonable and I highly recommend this product.
