Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk has been implemented within our support team to better help with customer communication. Talkdesk has great integration compatibility with other third-party platforms we use; such as Zendesk and Salesforce. Talkdesk has been very intuitive and easy to use for our agents and the overall quality of voice calls has been great.

- Sound quality degrades when connected into headphones in Talkdesk
- Connection issues
- Transfers are messy; not easy to get calls back into hold queues
- It's easy to use and call recording is nice, but there are occasional outages.
