Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

It's our main tool and is used to contact our customers and provide assistance on their cases and resolving their issues in real-time.
  • Easy to use.
  • It doesn't crash.
  • Smooth interface.
  • Sometimes it rings but gives no option to answer calls.
Talkdesk is simply easier to use and more efficient.
It doesn't need to contact support very often since it doesn't crash and works great!

Talkdesk is perfect for call centers with a high volume of calls, as call distribution is great. It also makes documentation of every call pretty simple and has a great after call time.
