Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used to filter callers, it gives their name, phone number and even some other info we may need to efficiently help customers. It also allows my team to see if others on my team are in a call or if they are on break. It is very efficient!
  • Keeps track of customer info.
  • It helps me see what the team stats are at, how many calls in queue, whos on break, etc.
  • Transitions between calls with ease.
  • Can merge and transfer calls with no effort.
  • Keeping connected to Salesforce.
  • I really like Talkdesk, I don't know what else could be improved!

I have used Microtel, and Talkdesk is honestly so much more user friendly! I can transfer in between calls and keep track of all my recordings with ease! As in other applications, it takes more work to get the job done. Talkdesk is amazing! I would honestly recommend to anyone in the industry.
Talkdesk is perfect for telecommunications! I have absolutely no issues with transferring calls throughout my workday! I love that I can also see how my team members are doing throughout their day as well! It tracks everything I need to know! I Absolutely recommend Talkdesk to anyone in the business!

Talkdesk is perfect for anyone in the telecommunications business! I use it every day and I never have any issues with it! I am able to transfer between calls, transfer callers, make calls, see who called, etc. I am very happy that my company has chosen this application! I have used other applications and none of them compare!
