Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Our organization uses Talkdesk daily.
  • Easy to access.
  • Easy to change status.
  • Easy to view.
  • It would be helpful if there was an option to have the system provide [users] a frequent [popup] advising [users] of what status they are currently in.
  • This is not my line of business with my company, could not answer.
