Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used every day, all day, all throughout my organization. It helps keep communication simple and thorough, as well as it allows all individuals to know what is going on at all times. Provides features such as warm transfers, that give the opportunity to let the person on the other end know why you want to transfer.

Talkdesk is very user-friendly for all individuals, beginners as well as experienced users. When someone at the company is new we have our employees watch the short training video provided by Talkdesk and they easily get the process on how things work. We haven't had any issues with individuals not knowing how to use the app.
Talkdesk makes deployments go so much more smoothly here at the office. We just easily answer the phone and has many functions on the app itself. If someone accidently calls the wrong line we easily warm transfer them to another line. Warm transfers allow you to talk to the other person you want to transfer the call to before you connect them.
Talkdesk offers exceptional service at all times. So far I haven't had any issues. When the app temporarily has issues, they get resolved in a decent amount of time. Allowing us to get back to work with minimal time missed. If we miss any calls we can easily see who it was and call back right away.
Talkdesk is by far more user-friendly. Has way more features as well. I have not used any other app that has nearly as many features as Talkdesk does. Anytime I hear about another service similar or see it being advertised they do not have the same features and usability.

When I need to see who is working, I can easily check. Talkdesk allows you to see who has made calls and how many. I like how it shows who is available and for how long and away as well as how long they have been away for. Highly recommend.
