Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk is used every day, all day, all throughout my organization. It helps keep communication simple and thorough, as well as it allows all individuals to know what is going on at all times. Provides features such as warm transfers, that give the opportunity to let the person on the other end know why you want to transfer.

- Talkdesk does crash sometimes which can greatly affect business.
- Would like a feature that easily shows what was said on calls.
- Do not like the blind transfer option.
- Talkdesk has allowed higher productivity in call volume.

Talkdesk offers exceptional service at all times. So far I haven't had any issues. When the app temporarily has issues, they get resolved in a decent amount of time. Allowing us to get back to work with minimal time missed. If we miss any calls we can easily see who it was and call back right away.
Talkdesk is by far more user-friendly. Has way more features as well. I have not used any other app that has nearly as many features as Talkdesk does. Anytime I hear about another service similar or see it being advertised they do not have the same features and usability.
