Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

I use TiQ and EventStream to implement tracking in Openbank's sites and mobile apps. One of my main focuses is to ensure there is a unified tracking deployment on all these digital assets.
  • Tracking mobile apps
  • Leverage server-side tracking through EventStream
  • Integration betweem products (TiQ - EventStream) is really awesome
  • Ease of use. The tools do require some training.
  • Debugging capabilities could be easier to leverage.
  • Very robust and potent TMS
  • Server side tracking capabilities
  • Website and mobile apps tracking capabilies
  • GDPR compliant
  • Robust analytics tracking
  • Robust online marketing tracking
  • Robust integration with inhouse data warehouses
I think Tealium's support is superb. The quality of the support is really good. It could be one of Tealium's strong points.
We have been able to leverage first party tracking by means of setting up first party domains for our TiQ profiles. Thanks to EventStream's integration capabilities, we are able to collect first party data on our own data bases.
Tealium iQ and EventStream are more potent and robust than Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side). This being said, GTM is easier to use.

Well suited: Tracking mobile apps, server side tracking, integration with third party tools
Less appropriate: small sized businesses might not be able to afford it, and even if they could, they would need to hire someone who knows how to use these tools.
