Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
We currently use their Tealium IQ product for client side tracking implementation, which includes web analytics, marketing tags, and other vendor tools
- Team we work with is very responsive.
- It's got good documentation and once you get the hang of it, it's relatively easy to use.
- More built in functionality to support Adobe Analytics, so that we don't have to rely on custom code.
- Compared to other products like Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager, this platform requires a bit of technical know how in terms of coding.
- All of the different vendor templates.
- Has helped with operational efficency
We've partnered with Google to start tackling some of the issues with 3rd party cookie depreciation.
They all have their positives and negatives. Obviously Launch provides more support for Adobe Analytics implementation and GTM for Google Analytics. Tealium can hold it's own, and it's relatively easy to use. Just wish it gives us more customization ability with Adobe Analytics.
