Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We currently use Teamviewer to provide support to our staff. It is easy to use, manage, and set up. It solved our problem with providing immediate support at any time of day for any of our staff. I currently use it for personal purposes as well as professional usage at work.
- Very lightweight and minimal resources with older PCs
- Easy to use and set up
- Very stable connection and almost no lag
- The new look is too big, takes up the whole screen on computers with small screens, whereas the older version was smaller and compact.
- To set up unattended access you have to go deep into the settings
- It could use a different method of login instead of creating an account
- Saved over 25% in travel expenses by being able to connect remotely instead of physically to a user.
- Reduced costs for using Teamviewer instead of the competition
- Saved in repair costs as response time was significantly better when connecting remotely then waiting for a physical appointment.
Lower in price, since i've been using Teamviewer for so many years, I feel comfortable with configuration, and I trust the platform. Also, file transfers are safer and connections are more stable.

Since I was the only one that decided to use Teamviewer, I was very well pleased with the implementation in our company. We have obtained good results in using it, and will continue to use it for years to come.
We do not use all of the features, but only a few. Currently we have been using TFA for added security, SSO, and encryption.
