Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

In our hotel, we use TeamViewer with our camera system. This allows managers and key employees to view the cameras while off-site. In addition to the peace of mind, this brings, it is crucial to assist us with guest and employee safety. The ability to log in from home and view the over 40 cameras on the property is helpful for our security personnel in emergencies. We can also often assist Guest Service Agents or Bartenders with troubleshooting by logging in to devices on the property.

  • Its great for troubleshooting Guest Service POS systems.
  • It's great for trouble shooting Food and Beverage POS systems.
  • There is not much to be improved upon.
  • Support could always be faster, though Teamviewer is easy to use.
  • Less down time creates better service for our customers.
  • Saves at least one hourly employee since mgmt can troubleshoot from home.
Pretty much right away.
I don't believe I have used any other products at the hotels I have managed.

10. It was many years ago, but I remember it went smoothly.
We use multi-factor authentication. I don't know much about the other features listed here. The security seems to be overly touchy, which I guess is a good thing.
it's well suited to troubleshooting Guest Service Agent issues as well as Food and Beverage issues. Our systems frequently have connectivity issues or interface problems. TeamViewer is a good way for the more knowledgeable team members to assist those on the ground.
