Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Now, after COVID, everything went remote, even harder for support services and maintenance teams, as well as maintaining computer parks. TeamViewer can help with most of the tasks that are simple to do and hard to explain to a non-tech person, and this is where it excels for our company.

- Easy maintenance.
- Easy troubleshooting.
- Server connectivity.
- Mobile application stability improvements.
- Improve lag on low bandwidth connections.
- Cheaper or free tier for development purposes.
- Reduced a lot of the travels for maintenance, close to 30%.
- Improved productivity of the support team for about 30%.
- Ease of use makes teams happy.
There is always a learning curve, but it's a little slope in this case.
Teams is more generic and acts as a messaging app, while TeamViewer is made for this kind of remote connectivity.
