Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
With a high percentage of employees working remotely it makes things much easier to remote in as if you are in front of their machine to troubleshoot any issues they are reporting to the help desk for example. As well as how it handles multiple monitors which most users have at home.

- Ability to execute commands remotely
- Have not come across anything needing improvement
- Speed of resolution to users issues
- No need to travel to remote offices
- Ability to help more users with time savings of no travel, etc.
Does a better overall job of remoting in to a users machine. Ease of use. Ability to see multiple monitors. Ability to turn off remote sounds or else just generally tweak the experience for both the help desk attendant and the user being helped. And the secure connection that gets established.
