Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer for support of desktop / laptop computers both on site and remote.
- Windows updates
- teaching / showing customer process..
- logging in a admin
- the updates are not always easy or straightforward.
- 2fa with share codes would be awesome..
- road map of product updates
- less downtime for users
- able to monitor drive space.
- remote when that is the only option
