Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti service in one of our departments (the second one should be live soon). Tipalti helps us pay a massive payment cycle to all of our publishers in an easy and secure way.
  • Easy to use.
  • High visibility for both me and my publisher.
  • Well fitted to Excel and other common softwares.
  • Link between our balance in Tiplati to our bank account.
  • Ability to add more than one point of contact.
  • Better understanding of the unusual fees.
  • Mass approval of our bills saves a lot of time and valuable work hours.
  • Our bookkeeper can easily upload the payment files.
  • Tipalti allows us to be more clear with our publishers. It takes away the actual payment process from us, handling the bank details, etc. for us.
We use some payment providers in other departments as a receiver (not payer) and we face a lot of problems with the actual money received or with numbers of transactions. Since none of our publishers have approached us with a complaint about Tipalti, I assume that everything goes smoothly.
I have reached out to the support a few times now and I have always received an understandable reply in a very short time.
Tipalti helps us manage a lot of payments in each cycle to all around the world. That kind of service allows us to work worldwide and help us to monitor and audit our payment cycle in a very efficient way.

Each cycle we pay to hundreds of publishers. Tipalti requests the publishers' approvals (which is another layer of monitoring for us). We can track down payments very easily and be more clear with the publishers.

We try to guess the amount that needs to be transferred each month to Tipalti to cover our payments, I guess it's kind of hard thing to do when we work with our cash team.
