Overall Satisfaction with Totango

We use it to track client interactions and make sure we are meeting deadlines.
  • Tracks interactions.
  • Sets reminders to follow up.
  • Clearly list task for the day.
  • Connect to Gmail. Like a sync option to catch up if an email is missed
  • Makes work day more pronounced.
  • I can follow processes easily as they are laid out.

I don't deal with the support end but our manager has never had a complaint.
It's easy to use - I was nervous at first but - it pretty much does everything on its own. It gives me step by step follow through.
Descriptions are clear on task, easy to follow the flow of what needs to be completed for each of my clients.
