Overall Satisfaction with Trello
It is used to track, manage and view tasks with a 3rd party contractor. It is used only within the department and allows us a shared workspace with a 3rd party contractor worker.
- Very simple and intuitive
- Clear interface, which has a configurable workflow for the item life-cycle
- Item life-cycle changes are also emailed
- User interface layout could be better, seemed old-fashion.
- UI is cluttered, some items on the header left and some on the right without specific reason (IMHO).
- With zero investment, we could collaborate with the vendor and have a clear status when needed.
- Free!
Being free and SaaS, it requires very little setup in comparison. It's very simplistic but is just enough.
