Overall Satisfaction with Trello
It's a great project management tool! Helps to monitor the project tasks by putting them on a digital Kanban board; it's easy to track the status of the tasks and also very convenient for getting project status reports.

Trello is open source and free to use for small scale projects, that's one of the reasons I selected it. Besides I didn't want more features like JIRA provides.
