The service is always accessible. I manage to get an answer to almost every question I have and in a timely manner. The onboarding was great and very important for our day to day operations. During the open enrollment period, we got the required assistance to allow us to complete the process as expected.

Overall, my experience using this service is good. However, while it is friendly for most options there are many more options I don’t use or I am not aware of as it is a lot to understand and remember. At the end of the day, this is supposed to replace our HR but if there are so many functions then I need to spend my time to get to know them all.

If you are one or two employees in the company then having TriNet allows you to manage the business in an affordable way with no need to invest more time in understanding what is needed and what is not.
