Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It is used by our HR/Finance Department.
  • Excellent reports.
  • Great response time.
  • Timely payments.
  • You can now get a sense of urgency.
  • It should be more knowledgeable of tax topics related to payroll.
  • It should not give a response to the client if the issue is not 100% checked (issues that need to be discussed with another department).
  • They should pay close attention to termination notes.
I have been working with TriNet for six years and have noticed great customer service. Within these six years, I have had different representatives in my account, some better than others, but overall, it has been very good.
It's very easy and friendly. I have been very independent in the work related to TriNet and it is easy to navigate through all the tasks and tools.
  • It has automated our payroll and made the process quite efficient.
  • It's saved us significant money during these past years in insurance costs.
  • TriNet is quite reliable.
TriNet has a much easier to use tool, lower costs, and great customer service.
It has mostly provided great service and response time. Any last-minute requests are addressed in a timely manner and with great attitude.
