Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used by our complete organization.
  • Payroll.
  • Human Resources input.
  • Department of Labor state-specific standards.
  • Less hold time on the 1-800 help line.
  • Quicker response time overall.
TriNet offers a very robust platform and it's appealing that each employee has access to their own TriNet platform. TriNet has reps that are very knowledgeable with state-specific dept. of labor standards/requirements. The reps I have dealt with, for the most part, over the course of the last year have been very service-oriented and responsive.
TriNet has a robust platform as well as provides each employee with their own dashboard. The system is very user-friendly. It is well suited for mid-size companies who have employees who want to take advantage of all the benefits offered by TriNet.

  • Stayed within HR compliance.
  • Made payroll more efficient and improve accuracy.
  • Easier for employees to update direct deposit information, request duplicate W-2, print previous pay stubs, etc.
TriNet helped support with questions regarding processing of several employee lay-offs [during the COVID-19 pandemic].

TriNet is superior and has more robust features and platform.
TriNet is well suited for companies that aren't too small. It's better suited for mid-size companies and employees who want to take advantage of the insurance benefits offered by TriNet. We are a small company and no one has taken advantage of the benefits since there was no need.
